THIS PLANNING IS THE ULTIMATE CLIENT EXPERIENCE

Unwind. We will handle everything. Your only task is to savor the excitement; we'll manage every detail, making wedding planning feel like pure joy once more. Starting at $15,000

  • Determine goals, budget, event style and priorities.

  • Planner with attend venue tours and provide pros and cons to each venue.

  • Create a comprehensive budget sheet to help client stay on track.

  • Receive a personalized file to house all of the planning details; contacts, budget tracker, detailed check list, guests list, etc.

  • Set up vendor appointments and attend ALL vendor meetings with clients as needed. Review all vendor contracts.

  • Present style ideas to compliment client's style for invitations, décor, flowers, and other details.

  • Planner can attend gown fittings and assist in selection of accessories.

  • Guide the client through the guest list, manage mailing invitations, and help keep track of all RSVPs.

  • Meetings, emails, and phone correspondence throughout the planning process.

  • Planner will be onsite to direct or assist the ceremony rehearsal, announce day-of timeline. Plan/Coordinate rehearsal dinner.

  • Unlimited hours onsite on the event day. Planner will have a team of two assistants on the event day.

  • All personal items will be returned to bridal suite or packed in a vehicle of a designated family member.

  • Receive FULL travel agent services; personalized quotes, guidance, and booking.

GUIDANCE & COORDINATION

This is perfect for the couple that wants a professional to help guide them and still be able to plan their own wedding. We are with you every step of the way! Starting at $5,800.

  • Client will have monthly meetings (including one walk thru at venue) to help keep all planning stages on track of wedding date. We will discuss budget, logistics, design, and so many other fun details.

  • Receive a personalized file to house all of the planning details; contacts, budget tracker, detailed check list, guests list, etc.

  • Curated vendor selection process based on your desired style and services. Review of all contracts prior to booking any vendors.

  • Client will receive a planning timeline/checklist to help keep everything on track.

  • Present unique ideas to compliment chosen design concept for invitations, favors, and all the other details going into the reception.

  • Emails correspondence throughout the planning process.

  • Professional help with any challenges that may arise during planning.

  • Coordinator will be onsite to direct or assist the ceremony rehearsal, announce day-of timeline.

  • One lead Coordinator and one Assistant on-site day of event (10 hours).

  • From hair and makeup to the first dance; the timeline will be executed. Work with the florist, rental company, venue, etc. to ensure your vision comes to life.

  • All personal items will be returned to bridal suite or packed in a vehicle of a designated family member.

  • Receive FULL travel agent services; personalized quotes, guidance, and booking.

COORDINATION

THE GO-TO PACKAGE FOR A STRESS-FREE WEDDING DAY!

Three months of coordinating with the couple and vendors. We will tie up all the details, coordinate with vendors, set-up timelines, and anything else you may need so that you can party the day way! Starting at $3,000

  • Meeting with a Coordinator a few months prior to the wedding. Review all vendors, decor details, logistics, and help answer any questions.

  • Unlimited email communication three months prior to the wedding day.

  • Create a production timeline and vendor contact sheet for distribution to all vendors.

  • Meet with your Coordinator at the venue location about 8-4 weeks and cover all the details of the event.

  • Receive a full vendor recommendation list. Your Coordinator may also provide some guidance in selecting vendors. The coordinator will be in communication with all vendors about two months prior to the wedding date.

  • Advise on gratuities and reconfirm all event details the week of the event including set up and strike times, vendor meals, and details that will make the event run smoothly with no surprises.

  • Coordinator will be onsite to direct or assist the ceremony rehearsal.

  • One Lead Coordinator and one Assistant onsite for 10 hours.

  • From hair and makeup to the first dance; the timeline will be executed. Set-up of all personal décor items (some exclusions apply). Work with the florist, rental company, venue, etc. to ensure your vision comes to life.

  • Coordinator will set up light decor, place cards, table numbers, photos, guest book, champagne flutes, signage. Those items will be cleared and packed away prior to the Coordinator’s departure.

  • Receive FULL travel agent services; personalized quotes, guidance, and booking.
